MY BUSINESS

I earned the Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation within one year of earning my real estate license.

I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation within one year of earning my real estate license.

I earned the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation within two years of earning my real estate license.  Only 4% of REALTORS nationwide hold this designation.

I was one of only 33 agents awarded membership in the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS Honor Society for 2007 (the last year the honor was awarded).

In 2007 I was ranked in the top 5% of REALTORS in the Lynchburg MLS by volume and transaction sides.  In 2008 I was ranked in the top 9% of all REALTORS in the Lynchburg MLS.

In 2007 I was awarded the REMAX 100% Club Award.  In 2008 I was awarded the REMAX Executive Club Award.

In 2009 earned my Associate Broker’s license.

Real Estate is more than just a hobby, a pastime or a part-time endeavor for me.  It is my career, my business, and the means by which I provide for my family; and not only do I enjoy it, I strive for excellence in every facet.  My goal for my clients is to reduce their stress and exceed their expectations.  I invest heavily in my business, so that I may invest myself in each of my clients.  Buying or selling a home is not just about paperwork and numbers.  It’s an opportunity for personal interaction, and that’s the way I approach each transaction.
